Bolton Golf Club has an enviable reputation for maintaining standards and its members enjoy a high level of service from its staff. In common with other private members golf clubs its selection procedure is by way of introduction, the candidate will be proposed and seconded by current members with additional endorsements.

Consideration will be given to persons moving into the area who do not know any existing members, these individuals should forward a letter, giving a brief c.v. of themselves and any relevant letters of recommendation, this should be addressed to the Chairman of the Membership Committee.

The Club's membership categories are, Full Playing, Intermediate (23-30), Young Person (18-23), Junior and Child.
